Yes. All trips are led by certified guides, you receive complete and well-maintained equipment, and before every departure we run a safety briefing — covering paddle commands, how to navigate rapids and what to do in any situation.
No. Basic fitness and a sense of adventure are all you need. You'll learn everything on the spot, with the guide in the boat beside you the entire time.
It depends on water levels and time of season — roughly 1.5 hours in May when the water is fastest, up to around 3.5 hours in August. That's the run itself, not including the briefing, transport and any meal.
No minimum — we guide solo travellers and couples too. You're welcome to join an existing group.
Yes, rafting is a great family adventure. Children under 6 are free; ages 6–12 pay half price. For the youngest guests we choose calmer stretches and adjust the pace.
Yes. The river passes through two countries on part of its course, so a national ID card or passport is required.
The season runs from May to October. Water levels are highest in spring (stronger adrenaline), while summer offers calmer, warmer water — ideal for families and beginners.
